Dr. K. S. Rajithan is a renowned Ayurveda physician with extensive experience in both clinical practice and research. He has served as a Former State Medicinal Plant Board member and Principal Co-Investigator on several herbal projects. Dr. Rajithan has delivered lectures on Ayurveda globally, including in Japan, UAE, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Oman, and has contributed articles on health and environment to Malayalam newspapers and magazines. He has also spoken on All India Radio and TV channels and authored five books on Ayurveda and health.
Dr. Rajithan has held key roles in Ayurveda drug production, working as Assistant Production Manager at Oushadhi Ayurveda Drug Manufacturing and as Medical Superintendent of the Oushadhi Panchakarma Hospital and Research Institute from its founding. After retirement, he continues to serve as a Senior Consultant. Specialising in Urolithiasis, he developed an innovative medicine for its treatment with support from the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology, and Environment.
